Happy Friday friends! I hope you all have had a wonderful start to summer! June is my favorite month of the year, (outside of December), because it is not only the start to summer, but it is also my and Maddie's birthday month! We always celebrate the kick-off to summer with strawberry picking which is something I look forward to every year! Strawberries were something I craved when I was pregnant, and are now one of Maddie's favorite foods!

We celebrated Maddie turning four with a princess party! This was the most fun birthday we have had for her so far, because she is finally old enough to take it all in! She kept saying, "I can't believe it's my actual birthday!"

Just about a week later we celebrated my 36th birthday! I'd say this year was one that the Lord grew more on a heart level more than any other year! I'm so thankful for refinement and growth, and although it isn't always enjoyable at the moment, its always a gift to walk in a deeper level of maturity on the other side!

Another favorite celebration in June is Father's Day! Sean is the most incredible father, and I'm so beyond thankful for the way he demonstrates the love of God to Maddie! I couldn't be more thankful for the daddy he is!

And to end off a wonderful month, my sister Sarah is back in Michigan for a few weeks! There is nothing sweeter than getting our kids together and watching their relationships grow as they do!
