When it comes to enjoying food in balance, I love the 80/20 rule. The goal with 80/20 is to aim to eat whole foods that fuel your body at least 80% of the time, and the other 20% allows for "life" where food is enjoyed simply because it is a part of fellowship and fun! It means moving our bodies 80% of the time, and resting the other 20%. Although this seems simple, often times it can be hard to distinguish what 80/20 looks like on paper, which is why I created the 80/20 challenge! I pray...
