Welcome to the Dashing Dish Love Your Body Challenge!
I’m so honored that you have decided to join in on this four week challenge, and I can promise you that if you put in the time and effort, it has the ability to be a foundation for incredible change in your life! The next four weeks will be filled with lessons that will bring balance, knowledge, encouragement- and change that will last- if applied!
Challenge Details:
There are three components to this challenge:
1. Nourishing Your Body. This can be done by tracking your food to become more aware, or eating mindfully.
2. Moving Your Body. This can be done by moving your body for at least 30 minutes per day.
3. Renewing Your Mind. This can be done by downloading and reading the LYB Challenge PDF 5 days per week.
There are four weekly downloads, which will have one lesson for you to read and reflect on five days out of the week. There are no meal plans, recipes, or workouts included in the challenge, because those things are included in the Dashing Dish Membership. Each download will also include a scripture of the week to meditate on, as well as a prayer you can print off and pray daily if desired!
How to Enter for a Prize:
We will be giving a $100 Amazon Gift Card for one lucky winner. The winner will be chosen based on the participant who shares the most about the challenge! You can share what you are eating to nourish your body, your movement, or what you are learning based on the Love Your Body reflections! You can share your posts on social media and tag Dashing Dish, and/or on the Dashing Dish Members Facebook Page. You can share things you are learning, workouts, recipes your making, thoughts of encouragement, or questions/thoughts you have on your journey!
My heart behind this challenge is to bring you into this holiday season, and new year, loving your body more than ever before! As you start to care for your body from a place of love, I pray you will start to see change happen from the inside out.
Here’s to the start of a healthier holiday season! Let’s learn to love our bodies, and in turn, love the life God has given us to the fullest!
