- Fueled for Fat Loss: Learn how the right combination of specific exercises, nutrition based on macros, and adequate rest can increase your metabolic rate and energy.
- Emotional Eating & Cravings: Come to understand true versus emotional hunger. Use hunger identification tools that will help you overcome mindless eating and cravings.
- Becoming a Confident Woman: Discover the fullness of your beauty in Christ, learn how to overcome and guard your heart against the pressures of the culture.
- Victory for the Journey: Learn to continue and maintain current victory in your journey to health. Establish a unique plan that will ensure success in the busiest of seasons.
