Hey friends!
Who remember's the Daily Dish!? It was basically life updates I did from time to time, and it’s been a while since I did a life update, so I wanted to share a little glimpse into what’s been on my heart and happening in our world lately!

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since we moved to Tennessee. God has done so many wonderful things here, and it truly has been a healing place for us. From finding a church home we love, to settling into a rhythm that feels grounded and full of grace, we’re so thankful for all that’s unfolded in this new season.

In my marriage, Sean and I are closer than ever—not because life is perfect, but because we’re both seeking God first. Our individual walks with the Lord have deepened our connection in such a meaningful way. We’re incredibly grateful for our church, The Belonging Co. in Nashville, where we’ve grown so much spiritually.

For Sean, his golf company Hatch is growing by leaps and bounds, and after some adjustment, we’ve found a rhythm that works well for our family. Him working outside the home while I care for our home and kids full-time has started to feel natural and good—it’s a season marked by grace, teamwork, and trust in God’s timing. I'm so proud of him!

Motherhood continues to be my greatest joy. It’s also where God does some of His deepest refining work in me.

I’m learning to work through my own struggles—like stress or anxiety—so I can model emotional health for my kids and break old patterns. I’ve let go of striving for perfection and instead embrace the beauty of humility: saying “I’m sorry” and admitting when I’m wrong teaches my kids to do the same and walk in grace.

With Ollie, I’m soaking in every moment of his little years—hugging, kissing, and savoring the sweetness that I now know goes by all too fast.

With Maddie, I’m especially focused on helping her become the woman, wife, friend, and mom she’s meant to be. It’s such a privilege to walk alongside her as she grows.

When it comes to my walk with God, I’m desiring more than ever to live in full freedom—bound by nothing, walking boldly in all that Jesus paid for.

As for Dashing Dish, I’ve been praying daily for the Lord to guide me in this season and the years ahead. I believe this platform is His, and I want every step to reflect His purpose. Recently, I’ve felt a prompting to write a children’s book—something I never expected but deeply excites me. I’m also beginning to explore ways to pour into teen girls, especially as Maddie grows into those formative years. My heart is full of vision, and I’m simply staying open and surrendered as God leads the way. I’d love to hear if you all have any desires or dreams in ways that Dashing Dish could continue to be a blessing to you and your family! - xo Katie
