It's hard to believe Maddie turns 6 this weekend! It seems like yesterday she was a baby learning to crawl! Maddie is such a gift from God, and her middle name "Joy" fits her so perfectly! She truly exudes joy in everything she does!

For Maddie's birthday we celebrated with friends and family at a horse farm! She wanted a horse theme party, and it was a hit!

The party was mid-day so we had a few snacks and treats for the kids. I bought some donuts, trail mix, cupcakes, and Maddie and I made some horse cookies!

For the party there were farm animals, so the kids got to feed them, and they also had face painting and balloon animals!

Then the kids got to ride ponies, Maddie's pony was called "Princess", every 6 year olds dream!

We had the best day celebrating our animal loving 6 year old!

We love you Maddie! You have the most sweet, sensitive, tender heart! I pray the Lord uses you in mighty ways to shine His love, compassion, and care to the world around you!
