Welcome to Week 1 of the Mind & Body Makeover Challenge! I am so excited you guys have decided to be a part of this 31 day challenge! The goal of this challenge is to inspire you to get organized and establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
How to Follow Participate: Complete the Checklist, and Reach the Weekly Goals!
When you print off the checklist, you will see that there are two weekly goals to reach (The goals are stated at the top of each checklist). Because our health relates to our bodies and our minds, you will notice that there is one weekly goal that focuses on the mind, and the other on the body.
The tasks on the checklist are geared towards helping you reach the mind and body goal for that week. When all of the tasks are achieved (checked off) for that week, you will have met your two weekly goals!
Be sure to come back here every Monday in the month of August to get your goals and checklist for that week!

Here's How to Enter:
1. Complete the weekly tasks and goals on the checklists. As you do so, snap and post pictures on social media of the tasks and goals you complete.
2. Be sure to use the hashtag #MBMakeover with the picture that you share on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter so that your picture counts as an official entry!
3. For each goal you achieve, (and picture you share and tag), you'll receive an additional entry towards the prize!
