Everyone in my family is fighting over this item in my kitchen. They all want a piece. I bought a second one and hid it for myself (shhhh, don't tell). I steam vegetables, add liquid, and blend it in the same pot. This is a great must-have addition to any kitchen. Also, use it for pancake and waffle batter and for whisking up large amounts of eggs for quiche.
