We want to take a moment to thank you so very much for being part of our community; From our Stronger Together Program, to our new iPhone and Android app and all new Dashing Dish website (coming January 31 2020), and our Dashing Dish Cooking Show; We've had so much incredible love and support this year, and so much to be thankful for. Here are the top 19 moments of 2019!
We started off 2019 in Naples Florida, (where we travel every New Year with my family to spend time together at my parents home). I love this time we get to spend together, but more than anything I love the moments of recharge and rest that a new year getaway brings! Two things that I always make sure to do while in Florida are:
1. Pray about and write out scriptures for the coming year
2. Pray about and write out vision for the coming year.

One of the first things that I had the honor of doing in 2019 was record my story on the Joel Osteen program. Every time I share my story I can't help but cry thinking about the faithfulness and redeeming power of God! The incredible thing is, He continues to redeem and restore for not only me, but everyone who trusts in Him!

Shortly after the Joel Osteen interview I flew to Pittsburg where I recorded 12 cooking segments atCTVN. Little did I know, but God was birthing a new show from these segments!

After returning home, we met with our favorite camera crew and videographers Brian and Stacey, who have done all of our Dashing Dish in the past as well. They recorded a new about and story video for our new website and app! Truly, most of 2019 was a year of preparation for the things to come in 2020, and we couldn't be more ready and excited to launch- officially- on January 31st 2020!

After filming our about videos, we did our Freezer Meal Plan series! Our first ever video and meal plan series on Dashing Dish!

As you can imagine, we were in need of a break come early spring; So Sean and I took a trip to Florida just the two of us! We always try to have one getaway a year just the two of us, which is so good for our marriage. We always have a time of prayer, vision, and retreat during our trip together for the coming year.

The rest of the winter was filled with all things "daily life" that seem to make the days go so quickly, as they are so full! There is nothing more precious that I have learned to embrace than the daily things as we grow as a family! I try as hard as I can to savor the little years as much as I can!

There were also the wonderful celebrations and time with friends... which also makes for a full life and heart! I thank God for my sweet sisters in Christ! It isn't always easy to make the time to get together, but we try to make it a point to do so at least once a month, which has been so good to connect and have fellowship.

The early summer brought a new favorite tradition I hope to carry out with my girl, like my mom did with me every year- strawberry picking!

And THEN this happened- how did Maddie turn 2!? My miracle Maddie!

Summer brought a lot of time with friends outdoors, and plenty of sunshine and memories made!

Just one week after celebrating Maddie's 2nd birthday we celebrated my 34th! I love having birthdays so close to my girl! June birthdays are the best!

My birthday was filled with the traditional ice cream cake, and of course birthday BURPEES!

In August we celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary! It was truly incredible to look back and think about what God has done in our lives and marriage over the last decade!

Summer came to a close with the sweetest gift, the birth of my sister Emily's son, Quinn!

And the recording our first 6 cooking shows- the very first season of Dashing Dish!

Fall came and we wrapped the last 6 shows...And we are excited to share there are more seasons to come!

And the last few months leading up to the end of 2019... we are putting the final finishing touches on the new Dashing Dish, coming January 31st, 2020!!!

As always, thanks for being a part of the journey friends! Your support, feedback, sharing, love, and prayers means more to us than you know, and YOU are the very reason why we do what we do! We are thankful for you! We pray this holiday season is a time of rest, and you experience the fullness of God's great peace and joy as we celebrate King Jesus!

Merry Christmas friends! xo Katie, Sean, & Maddie Farrell
