Welcome to the new & improved Dashing Dish!
It’s been over a year in the making, and we are SO excited to finally be able to share all of the new features with all of you! The first thing you’ll probably notice is the new design. Although we tried to keep it similar to the old site, we wanted to make sure we improved the overall design to be even easier to use! Every page is designed with the user in mind, making it a great experience from start to finish.
Our heart behind the updates:
We have had so many people ask us why we updated Dashing Dish, because it was already a wonderful website. So why all the updates? Simple- we know how busy life can get, and the less you have to think about planning healthy meals, the more likely it will be to help you actually eat healthy meals!
These new tools were designed with you guys in mind, to help the process of planning and preparing healthy meals go from being the hardest part of living a healthy lifestyle, to the easiest part of all!
We are always dreaming of ways we can bring you updated versions of everything we create, to continue to make your wellness journey as care free and enjoyable as possible! We also wanted to keep the membership both affordable and ad free so everyone who gathers here can freely enjoy their experience, and do so at a reasonable cost!
Here are some of the features you will find on the new & improved Dashing Dish:

New Meal Plan Calendar-
- Pre-made meal plans to choose from for busy weeks
- Add workouts directly to your meal plan
- Serving size changes made on the recipes or meal plan to suit your needs
- Add calendar to grocery list (all at once) or by individual recipes
- Print meal plan from phone and website
- Add/remove/move recipes on meal plan with ease
- Add recipes to suit your specific Macros/ WW points for each day
- Duplicate/save current day to make specific planning easy

Grocery List-
- Checkout on your phone with grocery delivery/curbside pick up services
- Ingredients are combined automatically on the grocery list
- Shop by isle or recipe
- Clearing, adding, editing grocery list is done with ease

Recipes-
- New filters were added to help you pick and choose the recipes that work with your lifestyle and dietary needs
- Estimated budget and cost for recipes and meal plans (coming soon)
- Calories, Weight Watchers Points, and Macros Filter on each recipe
- Notes can be added to recipes to suit your specific taste
- Easy to find the most popular recipes- Recipes are ranked according to how many times they have been saved as favorites by members

Workouts-
- Workouts can be added to calendar
- Workout categories and filters updated to find what works best for you
- Workout plans will be updated regularly
- Over 200 professionally recorded moves added to demonstrate moves
App Updates-
- Comments show for recipes
- Printing available for recipes from web and app
- Blog now available on the app (with blog updated weekly)
- Videos available on the app
