For my one year anniversary, my husband Sean took me to Ft.Lauderdale, Florida! It was such an amazing trip and very relaxing! We purposely spent most of the days laying out, eating out, and simply do a whole lot of 'nothing' except for spending time together! The past week went so quick, I barely remember what happened~ I guess that's what happens when you work full-time, (and work the weekend)! This was my first week off-orientation..And it was very scary at first...But I am also loving the feeling of walking in the room and being able to say, 'Hi, my name is Katie, and I'm your nurse for tonight!' :)

Hey everyone! I have had a busy week as I stated in my last post..I got offered 2 new jobs (and had to pick which one I wanted, talk about a blessing!) ...Got in an accident, (I'm OK thank God!)... And started my new job all in one week! It was a whirl-wind!
Needless to say, I'm still here, and so thankful for life, and God providing an awesome job that I think i'm going to really love! So far I love the people I will be working with and loved all that patients I've met!

Wow...What a busy week for me! In addition to working 5 days this week, I had an interview (got offered the job- Yay!), bought (for the first time ever) some veggies to grow in my own little garden, and even survivied a week without my computer! ( I don't recommend it-- it was in the shop. I had to use my hubby's I-Pad for the week-- Not ideal to say the least!)
