There is something about a snack that gives us the energy boost we often need to make it through the day! Quick & Easy Snacks are great because they usually don’t require a lot of thought or preparation, and yet they can be delicious and satisfying! I personally like to eat 1-2 snacks a day, which typically range from 100 to 200 calories each.
