Maddie just turned 8, and we celebrated with a party all centered around her favorite thing: American Girl dolls! She invited a few of her closest girlfriends, and they brought their dolls for the sweetest little party!

We set out her dolls, as well as my old doll which I gave to Maddie last year, (this was the start to her love for AG!)

The table was set for girls and dolls alike with mini teacups and treats. Watching them talk and laugh with their dolls in tow was the highlight of the day.

The holiday season is officially upon us, and while it is a magical time, it can also be easy to get lost in the busyness of the season if we aren't intentional! One fun way that Sean and I have made Jesus and family the focus of the season is through advent scriptures and activities!
When Maddie was about two years old, we bought an advent calendar with pockets, and Sean filled it with hand written scriptures and something fun we could do as a family. Every evening for the month of December,...

Its hard to believe my baby is turning one!!! Where does the time go!? It's true what they say that the days are long but the years are short! Ollie has been such a blessing to our family, and he is such a go-with-the-flow baby! He is a good eater, a good sleeper, and he is happy pretty much all the time! He adores his big sister, and he loves balls, golf clubs, and playing catch! He is almost walking, and he can say momma, dada, and Hi! His smile lights up the room, and he is already a...

I can't believe my baby girl turns five tomorrow! Where did the years go!? Becoming her mommy has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me, and I praise God every day for the gift of being able to steward over her life!
This past weekend we celebrated her turning five (a bit early in case we ended up celebrating her brothers birthday first), and it was the most magical day!

Maddie is my pink, glitter, and all things girly-girl, which includes a love for unicorns, mermaids, and...

Kids "Charcuterie Boards" are something that I have been making for Maddie since she turned two, as a way of introducing new foods to her. I started by filling a mini muffin tin with a few of her favorite foods, followed with a few muffin tins with new things to try. It quickly became a hit with her (and me, because it was a stress-free way of serving lunch), and I have come to find out it is perfect for how most kids, especially during the summer – grabbing a little bite at a time while...

This past weekend we celebrated our baby boy coming in June with a Baby Sprinkle with some of my closest girl friends! My mom and sister Emily threw the most beautiful sprinkle with the most beautiful details!

The details included Olive Branches throughout, which was a fun way to share our son's name with family and friends, and now with all of you!

Our son's name, Oliver James Farrell, was a name given to us by God on Christmas morning, the day we found out that we were having a boy! That...
